The general terms of sale set out below shall apply to all orders placed with La Petite Wardrobe and to all items and services offered on the www.laprincesita.com website, save in the case of a prior written agreement otherwise. The present general terms of sale will systematically be available for you to read whenever you place an order.

Consequently, the fact of placing an order entails your full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

 

Prices

The guaranteed prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order placement. These may, however, be modified at any time in the event of special conditions arising in relation to certain economic factors, taxes and duties, changes in the cost of labour or raw materials, any special requests on your part, etc.

All prices are stated in GBP excluding shipping costs, which will automatically be calculated and indicated on your purchase order (your shopping bag).

All prices are displayed inclusive of value added tax (VAT), which may vary, depending on the billing country.

With regard to export sales, the prices are understood as FOB UK. You will be responsible for customs clearance and the payment of any taxes and duties.

Order Fulfillment

1. Your shopping bag is your purchase order.
2. If you choose to place an order, you will need to enter the information required for billing and delivery of the items. The information that you provide will then be binding on you. In the case of an error in the delivery details, neither the website nor La Petite Wardrobe may be held liable for any inability to deliver the item(s).
3. After submitting your details, you will be asked to choose your payment method. Your order will automatically be submitted and will constitute an irrevocable commitment on your part, which can only be contested in the specific cases stipulated herein (see your right to cancel).

All orders are considered firm and may only be cancelled with La Petite Wardrobe's consent, and this under conditions that will indemnify the latter against any harm or damage incurred as a result of the cancellation.

 

Order Confirmation

At each stage in processing your order (confirmation, any changes in availability, and shipment), an email will automatically be sent to you, assuming the email address was correctly entered on the registration form. The email confirming the processing of your order and shipment of your parcel will provide the parcel number and a link to the carrier's website for delivery tracking.

La Petite Wardrobe reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever (problems with the order, with stock levels, etc.). The company will have five business days in which to inform you if it is unable to fill your order and to ask you to either change or cancel it.

Payment

Payment in full is due upon checkout
Your banking information is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. La Petite Wardrobe has no visibility on actual bank card numbers, and does not store those numbers on its servers. No person has access to the bank details of its clients by any means, including computer terminals or printouts. Payments can be made using the following methods: 

  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB) 

  • Paypal 

The order is launched at the time of payment, which is stipulated as being irrevocable, paid in cash, net and with no discounts. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been cleared.

Delivery zones and times

We deliver items wherever you may wish. If you would like to have your order delivered to a friend or neighbor's house, or your place of work, please indicate delivery address.

Carrier options vary according to delivery country.


Delivery of the product is made directly to the recipient indicated and each delivery will require a signature.

It is recommended, in all instances, to verify the contents and condition of your items before signing the carrier's signature form. In the case of an issue (item broken, item missing, damaged packaging) we recommend that you indicate as such immediately on the signature form, or by contacting the carrier in the following 24 hours.
This written proof from the carrier company will help to facilitate any refund request, but it is not obligatory.

For deliveries against a signature, if you or the intended recipient are not present at the time of delivery, and your delivery cannot be left in the letter box, a delivery notice will be left at your address, indicating where and when you may collect your order. Your order may be stored at a collection point. If you do not collect your order within the carrier's time limit, your order will be returned to La Petite Wardrobe who reserve the right to refund the cost of your products. Any transport costs will be charged to the client.

In the case of late delivery, you should contact the carrier company to verify the status of your package. If necessary, you can contact the La Petite Wardrobe customer service team by email in order to open a dispute or investigation request to find your order.

For all significant delay, we are committed to offering you FREE delivery on your next order from La Petite Wardrobe. Nevertheless, delays in delivery time will not automatically apply the right to damages, nor the cancellation of an order in process. Delays may be due to partial or full strikes, internal or external to the company, transport or supply-chain blocks, government or legal restrictions etc. La Petite Wardrobe will not be held responsible for laws, rulings or any other instances resulting in delivery delays at borders.

In no instance, once a delivery is made, should the package be returned back to the carrier. If you note an issue with your order, you must contact La Petite Wardrobe's customer service team immediately. Any package returned directly to the carrier will not be reimbursed or made the subject of a complaint investigation.
So that your complaint investigation may be carried out, you must contact La Petite Wardrobe's customer service team in the 30 days following the confirmation of your order. Following this period, we will not be able to carry out your request.

Pre-order

Pre-ordering allows you to place an advanced order for items that will be arriving soon as well as items that will be restocked. 

The same conditions apply to payments of pre-orders as traditional orders. 

The conditions regarding the right to cancel, return or exchange items in a pre-order are the same as traditional orders. 

The estimated arrival date for pre-order items at www.lprincesita.co is the best available estimation provided by the company La Petite Wardrobe. La Petite Wardrobe.  is not liable for any eventual modifications or delays pertaining to the date announced at the moment of pre-order payment. Shipping conditions are the same as a traditional order. 

If, in an exceptional case, the pre-order cannot be fulfilled, La Petite Wardrobe commits to reimburse the item(s) concerned. The reimbursement of a pre-order in treated in the same manner as a traditional order. 

Right to Cancel, Return & Exchange

In the case of distance sales (i.e. where the two parties are not physically present at the same time), you are allowed to change your mind and exercise your right to cancel within a period of 14 clear days, without requiring justification and without incurring any charges, with the exception of the return shipping costs. This period begins on the date of receipt of your items or acceptance of a quote for services. This does not apply to made to measure or custom orders.

Disputes

Any claims and disputes will always be received attentively and respectfully. In case of a dispute, please contact La Petite Wardrobe first in order to come to an amicable solution.

Guarantees

La Petite Wardrobe may not be held liable for non-compliance with legislation in the country to which the products were delivered. It is your responsibility to contact the local authorities to check if it is possible to import and use the products and/or services that you plan to order.
